1. Being seen as neglectful or absentee parents if they prioritize work.

2. Being viewed as uncommitted or less dedicated employees if they prioritize family.

3. Receiving criticism for using flexible work arrangements or family leave.

4. Feeling like they're not meeting societal expectations of the "perfect parent" or "ideal employee."

5. Dealing with unsolicited advice or opinions from others on how to manage work and family responsibilities.
