How do I calculate pricing and profit margins for products in my drop shipping store?

The formula to calculate dropshipping profit margins is as follows
Margin = ((Sales Price - Cost) / Sales Price) x 100
This formula requires two numbers: the cost of the product and the price it's being sold at. The cost of the product includes additional fees you pay the supplier. The average dropshipping profit margin is between 15% and 20%.
