Nigeria ensures fair trade practices in its export sector by enacting laws and procedures that regulate trade disputes and promote fair competition. The country has also signed free trade agreements, such as the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA), which aims to reduce tariffs and non-tariff barriers to trade. Additionally, Nigeria has established regulatory bodies, such as the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), to enforce fair trade practices and protect consumers' rights.
