Nigeria promotes intra-African trade for its exports by:

1. Implementing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreement.

2. Participating in regional economic communities like ECOWAS and COMESA.

3. Strengthening bilateral trade agreements with other African countries.

4. Enhancing trade facilitation and reducing non-tariff barriers.

5. Improving transportation infrastructure and logistics.

6. Supporting the African Trade Insurance Agency (ATI) to mitigate trade risks.

7. Encouraging Nigerian businesses to participate in intra-African trade fairs and exhibitions.

8. Providing trade finance and export credit facilities to Nigerian exporters.

9. Harmonizing product standards and certification procedures with other African countries.

10. Enhancing digital trade platforms and e-commerce infrastructure.

By promoting intra-African trade, Nigeria aims to increase its export market share within the continent, boost economic growth, and strengthen regional economic integration.
