The current interest rates for mortgages are
1. The average APR for the benchmark 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is 7.68%.
2. The average APR on a 15-year fixed mortgage is 6.88%.
3. The average APR on the 30-year fixed-rate jumbo mortgage is 7.69%.
4. The average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage is 7.17% as of April 25, according to Freddie Mac.
