The Nigerian government has implemented several initiatives to promote export-oriented innovation ecosystems and clusters, including
Stabilizing the policy environment to incentivize investment
Protecting investments from the risk of expropriation
Encouraging multinational corporations’ participation in local value chains
These policies aim to promote inclusive development and encourage local businesses to link with global value chains, facilitating access to international markets and technology transfers.
