The Nigerian government has taken steps to address export-related digital divide through:

1. National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy (2020-2030): Aims to promote digital inclusion and bridge the digital divide.

2. Digital Skills Development: Initiatives like the National Digital Skills Program and the Digital Literacy Program aim to equip Nigerians with digital skills.

3. Infrastructure Development: Investments in broadband infrastructure, such as the National Broadband Plan (2020-2025), aim to improve internet access and connectivity.

4. E-Commerce Development: Initiatives like the Nigeria E-Commerce Development Plan aim to promote online trade and digital commerce.

5. Digital Payment Systems: Initiatives like the Nigeria Digital Payment System aim to promote digital payments and reduce cash transactions.

6. Digital Literacy Programs: Initiatives like the Digital Literacy Program for SMEs aim to equip small and medium-sized enterprises with digital skills.

7. Online Platforms: Initiatives like the Nigeria Export Portal aim to provide a digital platform for exporters to showcase their products and connect with global buyers.

8. Digital Trade Facilitation: Initiatives like the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) aim to simplify and automate trade processes.

These initiatives aim to bridge the digital divide and enhance Nigeria's export competitiveness in the digital economy.
