The Nigerian government has taken several steps to address export-related regulatory compliance challenges

1. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) have been established to combat corruption.

2. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) has implemented reforms to increase transparency in government procurement.

3. The Nigerian government has established the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) to promote and facilitate exports.

4. The government has also implemented initiatives to address foreign exchange restrictions and local content requirements.

These steps aim to simplify the export process, increase transparency and reduce corruption, making it easier for businesses to comply with regulations and export goods from Nigeria.
