Here are the export procedures and documentation requirements in Nigeria 

1. Company Registration Documents: Register your company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

2. Exporter Registration Document: Apply and obtain an export license from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC).

3. Export Contract Document: Prepare an export contract between the seller and buyer.

4. Commercial Documents: Prepare and issue proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

5. Financial Documents: Prepare and issue commercial invoices, NXP forms, and final invoices.

6. Goods Movement Documents: Obtain clean certificates of inspection, certificates of weight and quality, certificates of origin, bills of lading, air way bills, and road transport bills.

7. Quality Assurance Documents: Obtain quality assurance documents from recognized bodies like NAQS, NAFDAC, and DVPCS.
