How does the Nigerian government support exporters?

The Nigerian government supports exporters through the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) which provides the following :
Registration and certification for exporters
Trade facilitation tools for accessing trade forms and data exchange
Export incentives like the Export Expansion Grant (EEG) scheme
Cost of production support
Financial grants for export expansion
Post-shipment incentives to improve global competitiveness
Tax credits for settling federal government taxes
