The Nigerian government has taken several measures to promote export-oriented technological innovation, including 

1. Signing the Nigerian Startup Act in 2022, which aims to provide a legal and institutional framework for the development of startups in Nigeria.

2. Establishing the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship to promote innovation in digital technology and enterprise development.

3. Creating the Startup Support and Engagement Portal to serve as a platform for startups to register with relevant Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.

4. Launching the Three Million Technical Talent program to train three million Nigerians in tech skills over the next four years.

5. Developing the National AI Strategy, which aims to create 6,000 AI-focused startups.

6. Announcing plans to help startups raise a total of $5 billion in funding rounds by 2027.
